Valentine's Tasting Menu at Salt

To celebrate Valentine's Day, Salt have put together a wonderful five course tasting menu. Created specially for the occasion, it features deliciously fresh local ingredients, cooked to perfection. The cost is €45 per person, and includes a glass of bubbles on arrival. What better way to show your Valentine you care?

Take a look at the carefully curated menu below, which is only available on the 14th February.

For the Table: 
Bread and dips.
Potato farl, caramelised onion, Gubbeen cheddar.
Quinoa, pickled grapes, parfait.
 
First Course:
Hay smoked salmon, trout caviar, sourdough.
 
Second Course:
Beetroot, oak leaf, Toonsbridge ricotta.
 
Main Course:
Duck, squash, onion, blackberries.
or
Cauliflower, hazelnut rayu, pickled leaves.
or
Cod, baby gem, spiced aubergine.
 
Dessert:
Panna cotta, buckwheat, blood orange.
Irish cheese plate. (Additional €10)
 
€45 per person.
Guests to enjoy a glass of Prosecco on arrival.
