RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Christmas Season Returns & Exchanges Policy
During the Christmas season, we extend our normal 30 day return policy to 45 days. Items shipped by Avoca.com between the first week of November to the end of December may be returned for a full refund up until 45 days from the purchase date. All items are subject to our regular return/exchange guidelines. This extension is only valid on full priced items, for sale items any refund or exchange must take place within the 14 day return policy for sale items.
What Is Avoca's Returns or Exchange Policy?
Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase (For sale items, any refund or exchange must take place within 14 days of purchase). Any returned or exchanged goods must be unused/unworn and in the same condition as it was when you received it, item must include all attached tags/ labels and be in its original packaging. The cost of returning unwanted items or exchanging an item is at your expense and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We highly recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a "proof of posting", as until the parcel is received by us, it will remain your responsibility.
* If you choose to exchange an item, we are more than happy to do so for you, however, the cost of shipping the new item back to you is at your expense.
*Free In-Store Returns: If local, you can return any item to an Avoca retail shop (excluding the airport T2 location), please be aware for orders purchased using Paypal, stores will only be able to issue an Avoca gift card as a refund.
** Returns from countries outside the EU (UK included): Orders returning to Avoca from any country outside the European Union (UK included) may be subject to tax/duty charges. If you're looking to return/ exchange your order please contact us in advance of returning your item.

How Do I Return or Exchange Unwanted Items?
- Simply complete the Avoca Online Returns Form included with your order to ensure we are able to quickly process your return or exchange, include this form with your return items. If you are missing the form you may find it here Return Form
- Make sure that all returned or exchanged items are unused/unworn. Any items returned should be in the same condition as it was when you received it. Must include all tags or labels and be in its original packaging.
- The cost of returning unwanted items or exchanging an item is at your expense and we highly recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a "proof of posting", as until the parcel is received by us, it will remain your responsibility.

How Do I Return A Faulty / Incorrect Order?

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Please allow up to 21 days for refunds to show up on your account. We will refund you by the same method the original payment was received. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address.
Additional Information:
The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase. Gift Cards are treated like cash and are exempt from the returns policy.
