We're committed to getting your Avoca order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Dispatch

• Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
• Orders placed before 2 pm are usually collected by our courier the same working day.
• Orders placed after 2 pm will be collected on the next working day.

Delivery Estimates

• We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days.
• During busy periods, including Christmas, Black Friday and Sale events, dispatch may take an additional 3-4 working days.
• Estimated delivery dates and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your chosen courier.
• Delivery estimates are based on our current courier performance and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we'll email your tracking details so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Important Delivery Information

• Couriers may leave parcels with a neighbour or concierge where appropriate if you're unavailable.
• We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
• Heavy or oversized items may incur an additional delivery charge.

Click & Collect Orders 

Collect your order free of charge from select Avoca stores.

Before You Visit

Please wait until you've received your Ready for Collection email before travelling to the store to ensure your order is ready for collection.

Collection Times

• Most orders are ready within 3-6 hours during store opening hours.
• Orders placed outside trading hours will be prepared on the next trading day.

Collecting Your Order

Please bring:

• Your order confirmation email with order number.
• A valid photo ID

If someone is collecting on your behalf, they'll need both your order confirmation and their own photo ID.

Collection Period

Orders will be held for 14 days after your Ready for Collection email is sent.

After this time, your order will be cancelled, returned to stock and refunded.

Some promotions (such as Black Friday offers) may be online-only and unavailable for Click & Collect during the promotional period.

International Orders 

Duties & Taxes Included at Checkout

For eligible international destinations, we offer Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.

This means any applicable duties, customs charges, taxes and import fees are calculated and collected during checkout, so you'll know the full cost of your order before you pay.

Your recipient should not have to pay any additional customs or import charges when the parcel arrives.

This makes sending gifts internationally much easier, with no unexpected courier requests for payment before delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Delivery destination
• Courier service selected
• Order contents

Where applicable, duties, taxes and customs charges will also be shown before payment.

Customs Information

Occasionally, customs authorities may request additional information before releasing a shipment. If this happens, the courier will contact the recipient directly.
