Delivery Information
Thinking of placing an order with us? Our dispatch team do their best to make sure everyone gets their Avoca treasures as quickly and seamlessly as possible. Please see below for details on estimated delivery times and shipping rates.
All orders will be shipped using tracked service. Please note during promotional periods and the Christmas season orders may take an additional 2-3 working days to arrive.
Please note, our couriers will not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes due to size and security restrictions.
All shipping rates are listed in euro currency. When selecting the currency or country you are shipping to the euro amount will be converted at checkout to the currency you've selected.
For Click & Collect orders, it's free to collect in-store. Available collection dates and stores will be made clear during the checkout process. Orders can be collected during store opening hours and after you receive a confirmation email from us to inform you that your order has arrived in store. The store will hold your order for 7 days before returning it to our warehouse and refunding your order.

Recipients of international shipments outside Ireland may be subject to customs, duties and taxes. Please be aware, we have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
*All delivery days are estimates based on our current delivery success rates.
*Avoca Hampers: Due to shipping restrictions, we can only ship our hampers within Ireland (ROI), please contact us for more information.
* Heavy weighted/bulky or bulk order hampers may incur a more expensive shipping charge.
How quickly will I receive my order?
All orders placed Monday - Thursday are dispatched within 24-48hrs from your purchase date and time.
For orders placed Friday - Sunday please allow 48-36hrs for dispatch.
Most packages are delivered within 5 business days of their dispatch. Normally all products on our website are held in stock, but on the rare occasion that an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the expected delivery time. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number.
* Online Dispatch working hours is Monday to Friday, closed all public holidays.
* Order processing may take longer during busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday/Cyber Monday and during Sales.
What are the normal delivery times?
We deliver from Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays).
Can I track my delivery
Yes. Please review your email confirmations to validate the courier selected.

Do I have to sign for my order?
Yes, you will need to sign for your package.
How will I know that my order is ready to be delivered?
We'll send you or the recipent an email or text message to let you know when your order is out for delivery (as long as you have provided your mobile phone number).
What happens if I am not available when you try to deliver my order?
If you are not at home to accept the delivery, we'll leave a card with the courier's contact details. You can then give them a call to re-arrange delivery or arrange to collect your order.
*Important, please note: Our couriers reserve the right to leave a parcel with neighbour or concierge to ensure parcels are not returned to Avoca by couriers due to the recipient not being home.
What should I do if I haven't received my order, or I have a problem?
Please allow 2-7 days to receive an order, if your parcel hasn't arrived after this time period please contact our Customer Service team.

Is my order subject to duty payments and customs?
Products delivered to destinations outside Ireland may be subject to taxes, fees, levies or other charges, which are imposed by local legislation.
For the approved countries listed below, if applicable, the taxes and duties will be calculated at time of checkout, and will be included in your total before you complete payment.
In the event that the courier applies charges at time of delivery, please contact us with proof of payment and if the country your parcel is shipped to is one of the approved countries listed below, we will reimburse you.

For all other countries, if tax and duties fees are imposed by the countries local legislation, please read important details below.
The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you're ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please make sure they're aware they will be responsible for any additional charges. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we're unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We'd advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
Any returns from countries outside the European Union (EU) may incur costs including transport costs, as well as any associated import fees or customs where applicable. These costs will be payable by the person returning the goods. Please see our returns policy for more details.
