Come along to Avoca Dunboyne this November where we are holding a fantastic range of Cookery Demos, sure to get you feeling excited and inspired. We are thrilled to be hosting a fantastic line-up of chefs, all planning to take us through some of their most loved recipes and cooking tips.

Callebaut Chocolate Demo  - Wednesday 7th November

Master chocolatier Beverley Dunkley will be hosting a fantastic chocolate workshop for the morning. From edible gift ideas to perfect dinner party desserts, it’s sure to be a chocolate lover’s dream.

Richie Wilson with Kish Fish - Thursday 15th November

Hosting a masterclass in how to cook fish, Richie Wilson will take us through creating delicious starters, casual fish suppers and impressive dinner party fish dishes. Perfect for anyone who wants to gain confidence in cooking all things fish.

Joeanna Caffrey Flower Workshop - Thursday 22nd November

Spend the morning soaking up the Christmas atmosphere as Joeanna guides us through a range of creative festive arrangements and floral decorations.

Leylie Hayes - Thursday 29th November

Our very own Executive Head Chef, Leylie Hayes, will be sharing all of her best tips for taking the stress out of Christmas cooking and entertaining.
