Come along to Avoca Malahide this November where we are holding a fantastic range of Cookery Demos, sure to get you feeling excited and inspired. We are thrilled to be hosting a fantastic line-up of chefs, all planning to take us through some of their most loved recipes and cooking tips.

Callebaut Chocolate Demo  - Tuesday 6th November

Master chocolatier Beverley Dunkley will be hosting a fantastic chocolate workshop for the morning. From edible gift ideas to perfect dinner party desserts, it’s sure to be a chocolate lover’s dream.

Holly White - Tuesday 13th November

To celebrate her new book, Vegan-ish, Holly White will be taking us through some delicious plant-based recipes you’ll love to share with your friends and family.

Leylie Hayes & Sophie Woodroofe  – Tuesday 20th November

Our Executive Head Chef Leylie Hayes is teaming up with Avoca Malahide’s talented Head Chef Sophie Woodroofe to take you through some of their favourite Winter recipes, as well as top tips for festive entertaining.

Gastro Gays - Tuesday 27th November

Join the infectiously enthusiastic foodies, Russell James Alford and Patrick Hanlon the Gastro Gays at Avoca Malahide, where they will be sharing some of their favourite recipes, inspired by their trips and travels.
