Avoca Cookery Demos in Dunboyne

We’re running a series of Cookery Demos in our fabulous new events space at Avoca Dunboyne to get you ready for the festive season. All of the below demos run from 9.45am – 11.15am from the 7th November until the 5th December 2017. Tickets are €15 per person and include tea/coffee, a healthy treat and a recipe booklet.

7th & 8th November: A Taste of Avoca Join Avoca Dunboyne Head Chef Charlie Kenny and learn how to make our Avoca specialities, from our famous brown bread to the secrets behind your favourite soups, salads and lots more.

14th November: Christmas Baking Let Avoca’s Sophie Woodroofe add a little sparkle to your Christmas baking this year. Sophie’s infectious love of baking will inspire and tempt with seasonal favourites.

15th November: Dazzling Dishes Avoca’s culinary genius Mark McGillycuddy will dazzle us with his finesse and skilful techniques for cooking up a storm this winter. Inspiration for holiday entertaining.

21st and 22nd November: Leylie Hayes Avoca’s Executive Head Chef and co-author of the Avoca cookbooks, Leylie Hayes will share her favourite festive recipes and top tips for a tasty holiday season.

28th November: Festive Flowers Florist Joeanna Caffrey guides us on creating special festive floral arrangements and gives her top tips on decorating your home for the holiday season.

29th November: Edible Gifts Breege Egan Kearns, our talented Pastry Fairy, will add a little magic to your Christmas this year. We guarantee a fun and informative morning filled with cheer.

5th December: Festive Flowers Spend the morning soaking up the Christmas atmosphere as Joeanna Caffrey guides us through a range of creative festive arrangements and decorations.
