Announcing Our Seasonal Cookery Demos

This November, we are running a series of festive cookery demo’s that is sure to get you feeling inspired and excited for the season ahead. Our demo’s will be hosted by our very passionate and talented culinary team along with some very special guests. 

We are delighted to bring these food demo events back by popular demand at our Avoca Kilmacanogue & Dunboyne locations. 

Kicking off on November 21st with Avoca’s Executive Pastry Chef, Ludo Laniter, who will be demonstrating some of his top tips on how to master seasonal baking for the festive period so you can wow your guests this Christmas. This series continues with plenty of much-loved seasonal recipes and top tips so you can dazzle whilst entertaining this Christmas.  

Our cookery demos start at 9:45 a.m. sharp and will run for around an hour and a half.

Tickets are €15* per person including a tea or coffee, a delicious Avoca treat and a recipe booklet. *Excluding booking fee.

Ludo Lantier & Caroline Nelson– Festive Baking

Join our Executive pastry chefs Ludo & Caroline who will take you through some of their favourite recipes and how to master baking some new & old favourite Avoca classics. They will inspire you and share some top baking tips so you can enjoy making delicious desserts this Christmas.

Erik & Cyril – Valrhona Chocolate Masterclass

Master chocolatiers Erik & Cyril will be hosting a fantastic Valrhona chocolate workshop for the morning. From edible gift ideas to the perfect dinner party desserts. It’s sure to be a chocolate lovers dream.  
 
Tuesday 5th December
Charlie Kenny & Leonard Rasmussen – Seasonal favourites for Christmas entertaining. 

Our very own Executive chef Charlie Kenny will be teaming up with Avoca Kilmacanogue’s head chef Leonard Rasmussen to take you through some of their favourite Christmas recipes. As well as sharing all of their best tips for taking the stress out of Christmas cooking and entertaining.

Kish Fish demonstration showcasing some simple and delicious ideas for Christmas entertaining. 
 
Hosting a festive masterclass in how to prepare and cook fish, taking us through how to create delicious starters, casual fish suppers and impressive dinner party fish dishes. Perfect for anyone who wants to gain confidence in cooking all things fish.
