Returns and exchanges must take place within 30 days of purchase.
* On sale items the returns and exchanges must take place within 12 days of purchase.
- Items ordered online can only be returned to our online store and not at any of our physical stores.
- Store purchased items can be returned to any store. As our stores carry many more items than we offer online, we cannot accept these returns through AVOCA’s online store. Please return your items to the store where you purchased them, or to the store closest to your home. See our List of Stores for the store nearest to you.
Returning Items Purchased Online:

- Please make sure you mark the online store address clearly.
- Please enclose a copy of the delivery docket and your reason for returning.
- Returns must be made within 30 days.
- AVOCA is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.
- You must pay all shipping costs for the return. Avoca will refund this cost to you in certain circumstances which are outlined below.
There will be NO additional postage charge when we send an exchanged item back to you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know by email and we will try to take care of you. Items must be returned within 30 days in the same condition as purchased. If there is a genuine fault with your purchase AVOCA will refund the cost of your return. Please make AVOCA aware of this as soon as possible, by emailing us or contacting 01 2746996, to ensure this refund. However if you would simply like to return your purchase AVOCA will refund you the item’s value excluding shipping costs.
Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.
The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase.
