If you don't like an item or it doesn't fit, you can return it to us within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund or exchange. Any returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition, unused / unworn, in its original packaging and have original labels attached.

The cost of returning unwanted items is at your expense and as we do not offer a collection service you should use your own carrier. We recommend that you use a carrier who can give you a “Proof of Posting”, as until the parcel is received by us at the above address, it will remain your responsibility.
My Item Was A Gift, So I Don’t Have The Order Number. What Should I Do?

How Do I Return A Faulty Item / Order ?

When Will I Receive My Refund ?
Please allow up to 7 days for refunds to show up on your account, from the date we receive your return. We will refund you by the same method the original payment was received (eg a Credit Card payment will be refunds back onto the same card).
If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address.
The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value of the item at the time of purchase.
Gift Cards and Online Gift Vouchers are treated like cash and are exempt from the returns policy.
