Avoca is seeking an ambitious and motivated Web Content Coordinator who will work closely with Online Dispatch Team during peak trading season. After the end of December, the role will develop to focus overseeing website content and product coordination.
Responsible for updates of the product database, including addition of new products (gathering product details/images/copy/video) and maintenance of promotional products.
Continually monitor and update any outdated information (e.g. discontinued products, price changes, etc.) and actively merchandise products for an optimal user experience
Assist in checking product inventory, out of stock items and arrival of new products to ensure proper stock status and availability
Coordinate samples of new products for photoshoots and assist in photoshoots.
Responsible for maintenance of the content pages across the site
Liaise with our customer service department to resolve any front end issues

1 - 2 years of related E-Commerce experience is preferred 
·      Customer orientated and ability to adapt/respond based on customer’s needs.
Proficient in Excel, Open Office and Google Docs
Adobe Photoshop and CMS experience a plus
Detail-orientated individual with strong organisational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised, strong ability to multi-task and prioritise
Excellent time management skills
Basic knowledge of SEO best practices is a bonus

Primary Location: Rathnew, Wicklow
Schedule: 6 months’ contract with view to be Permeant / Full-time role
