Description

We are currently seeking a candidate to work as Head of the Compliments and Complaints department. We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, the ability to prioritise their workload and to communicate effectively with a range of audiences.  You will be expected to work independently and under your own initiative and will report to the Director of Marketing, Communication and PR.

Main Responsibilities 

To receive compliments and complaints from our customers through all mediums.
To create a system and processes and ensure that these are recorded accurately.
To ensure that all reports are followed up.
Monitor compliments and complaints, completing investigation of root cause and help and support action plans to find a resolution.
The role will involve cross functional communication with the Food Safety team, Food operations, Retail Operations, Online and Insurance teams.
 

The Ideal Candidate 

Experience dealing with customers in the Food/Catering environment.
Ability to communicate at all levels. 
Excellent interpersonal skills 
Computer literate.
Strong team player and a ‘can do’ attitude 
Intuitive and proactive nature. 
Working to and achieving targets set.
