We are delighted to welcome our old friend Theo Kirwan, cookbook author and Sprout co-founder, and our very own executive chef, Charlie Kenny for a very special cookery demo to celebrate the launch of the new Sprout cookbook 'Saladology,' and discover the art of crafting vibrant and flavourful salads.

Guests will enjoy an in-depth demonstration of Theo's favourite recipes from the new cookbook, a goody bag including the brand-new 'Saladology,' cookbook as well as treats and refreshments on arrival.
