Avoca Discovers the Art of Chocolate with Bean and Goose

On Tuesday 9th April, we celebrated Easter early with the fabulous Bean and Goose at Avoca Ballsbridge! Alongside some special guests, we spent the morning discovering the art of chocolate ahead of this Easter weekend.  With the help of the talented founders of Bean and Goose, sisters Karen and Natalie Keane, we created our very own chocolate eggs, and learned how they make their famously delicious caramels. What a great way to get in the easter spirit - bring on the chocolate!
