“Tell Us what you Think” Information Notice

The purpose of this survey is to better understand the preferences and needs of Avoca customers.

The survey will be administered by Avoca’s trusted partner Spark Market Research Limited with an address of The Den, Coolmine Central, Porters Road, Coolmine, Dublin 15 (“Spark”).

To conduct the survey, Avoca will provide to Spark your name and email address. Spark will use this information to send the survey link to you. In the course of the survey, Spark will also receive other personal data about you eg. purchasing preferences and other data derived from your survey responses, your IP address. All personal data will be kept secure and confidential via appropriate technical and organisational measures. Individualised survey results will not be accessed. Avoca has no business need to identify individual respondents by name or other identifier and Spark has been instructed not to do so. The team will process your personal data only until such time as all required survey responses have been received. At this point, your personal data will be deleted by Spark as soon as technically possible.

Your participation is based on your consent. By choosing to participate, you agree to the collection, use, transfer and disclosure of your information in the manner and for the purposes described above. If you do not wish to participate, please opt out by accessing the link at the bottom of Avoca’s marketing email.
