We pride ourselves in handling your orders quickly, however, some orders may take longer than others. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. You will be alerted to any shipping delay at the time of order. Should there be any other delay associated with your order, you will be notified within 10 days after placing your order.

Shipping Rates & Times

We use  DHL to process our shipping.  A signature is often required as proof of delivery.  Where a signature is required, online orders will not be released under any circumstances unless it is obtained. A tracking number will be sent to your email address. We can only accept claims within 3 weeks of the shipping day.

Please allow at least a week for your order to be dispatched depending on whether your item is in stock. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed and may be disrupted by issues beyond the control of (including, for example, interruptions of our transportation systems or the services provided by our carriers, your bank or credit card).

Christmas is a time when there’s most pressure on delivery & courier companies. We will do our best to fulfil and have your order delivered for Christmas, but please allow at least 2 weeks to give yourself the best chance of not being disappointed. We cannot guarantee delivery. Only Santa can do that.

All prices are quoted in Euro and your credit card company will calculate the exchange rate automatically.

Items ordered on cannot be shipped to AVOCA Store locations.


We offer 2 methods to return and exchange items within 30 days if purchased online.

1. Mail us back the item with your own trackable and insured shipping method* to:

Please make sure you mark it clearly for this address and enclose a copy of the delivery docket and the reason for returning. Returns must be made within 30 days.  There will be no additional postage charge when we send an exchanged item back to you.

*The cost of return shipping must be prepaid at the point of return.
AVOCA is not responsible for customer returns that are not received.

2. Merchandise can also be returned at any AVOCA store location with  the original packing list strictly within 30 days. Please bring return items in original product packaging to help expedite the return or exchange process. See our List of Stores here on for the store(s) nearest to you. If you have any additional questions, please contact us at Please note that sale items can only be returned to our shops for exchange or store credit only.

To return store-bought merchandise:
As our stores carry many more items than we offer online, we cannot accept these returns through AVOCA’s online store. Please return your items to the store where you purchased them, or to the store closest to your home.


3. Online Sale Items can only be returned and refunded via our online shop.  Items purchased in the online sale cannot be refunded in our shops - they can be exchanged, or a credit note issued in store.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know and we will try to take care of you. All returns must be within 30 days. However the cost of returning items to us is always the responsibility of the purchaser.

Refund process

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment. If you paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and mailed to your billing address. A credit will post to your account approximately two days after the date of processing. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement.

The value of returns, exchanges or refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
